What is in the room
- Your own door You arrive to a black door with a keypad: we send the code before you come, so there is no reception and no waiting, even with tired children. Check-in is from 15:00, and you can leave your bags with us before or after.
- The cookie wall A photograph of chocolate-chip cookies fills the wall beside the windows, from floor to ceiling, each cookie bigger than a pillow. A brown melting-chocolate band runs above the beds, and a framed Chocolate Cookies print hangs by the TV.
- Sleep, all three of you A double bed and a single bed side by side, with tufted headboards, rust cushions and throws: the parents in the double, the child in the single. Fresh towels and bed linen are ready when you arrive.
- Coffee by the windows Two tall windows with teal curtains look onto the brick stepped gables of Oude Burg. Beside them, an open black shelf against the cookie wall holds the coffee machine, mugs and glasses.
- The rain shower Your own bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and a hand shower, a black basin on an oak vanity, a lit mirror and a heated towel rail. Chocolate-scented toiletries are included.
